“I recently moved to Dallas and Nick found me an apartment within a week. His listened to what I wanted and provided me with multiple options. His attention to detail and clear communication made my transition smooth and effortless. He was a lifesaver. Would highly recommend.” ~ helixhighmusic
“Nick was incredible to work with. It was our first time buying a home and he guided us with ease and answered all of our questions with patience. He is knowledgable and extremely good at what he does! Nick was very communicative throughout the whole process and even after we closed he checked on us to see how we were liking our new home. Will definitely be suggesting him to anyone who is looking for a new home!” ~ ekosinski8
“Nick Larsen is a great realtor. He helped me to find my first house and guided me through the buying process, answering my questions and allowing me to look at houses at my own pace. He also went above and beyond to help me settle in, get familiar with the buying process, and answer any questions I might have. He also fought with a stingy selling company to get me more sellers concessions. While I would love to leave a 5-star review, I did have one issue with the buying process that severely affected me financially, which could have been avoided: the recommended inspector. Nick recommended an inspector that either ignored or missed several problems with the HVAC system in the house. When I had professionals look into it, his report had many errors. This ended up costing me dearly to replace the entire HVAC system and, while that is not Nick’s fault directly, it should be noted that this was the inspector that he works directly with frequently. Aside from that minor issue, I would highly recommend Nick himself as a realtor, and suggest that any buyers do the research and hire their own professional inspector.” ~ zuser20180107075212254
“Nick is a great agent. He covered all points and guided us from prep to sale to close. His calm demeanor was all important as we worked on a 30 day close. I highly recommend Nick.” ~ tbkennewell
